Whitsunday FC keen to welcome new faces

SOCCER

ANY keen soccer players from across the Whitsundays are invited to head along to Whitsunday FC's senior team training at the Whitsunday Sports Park from 6pm on Thursday nights.

Whitsunday FC will once again field three senior teams in the Mackay competition with players needed for the women's, Division 1 and premier men's teams.

Players have been training for the last two weeks and new faces are welcome to come along and get involved at the weekly kick-around sessions on Thursday nights.

The season officially gets underway with the first round of games in early March and coaching staff at Whitsunday FC are calling for any interested players to come along and press their claims for a spot in one of the teams.
