In the matter of David Thomas deceased of Penuel, Loughor, in the county of Glamorgan, UK PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925, section 27, NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of David Thomas of Penuel Villa, Loughor in the county of Glamorgan, colliery proprietor, who died on 23rd April 1921 and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry of the High Court of Justice, London, by Thomas John Thomas and Robert Barclay Waugh, are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is Le Gros Solicitors Limited, 22 Windsor Place, Cardiff, United Kingdom CF10 3BY on or before two months and one day from the date of this notice, after which date the current trustees and executors of the said estate, namely Alastair Barclay Thomas and Gareth Cowling, will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
