$1.2m industrial warehouse for Sunshine Coast suburb

COOLUM Beach is set to have a Reece Warehouse after a development proposal was given the go-ahead.

Located at 22 Corbould Rd, the facility will be alongside existing Reece Plumbing Centre at number 26.

The proposed plans were approved by Sunshine Coast Council on August 8.

Reece's $1.2m development aims to create further economic opportunities at the Coolum industrial precinct, and spans an area of 974sq m, a Sunshine Coast Council spokeswoman said.
