30,000 chickens dead in shed fire
APPROXIMATELY 30,000 chickens have died after an industrial shed caught fire in Marburg last night.
The shed was part of a poultry farm on Haigslea Malabar Road off the Warrego Highway.
Police have established a crime scene at the location as they investigate the cause of the fire.
