Unlawful entry to police vehicle
A 21-year-old Hamilton Island man was charged with unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and stealing after taking items from a police car near the Airlie Beach lagoon on Saturday night.
At around 11.45pm police were called to another matter near the lagoon when a man entered the unattended police vehicle, removed property and threw the items into the bushes.
PROSERPINE Police are investigating an unlawful entry at the Mill Social Club overnight last Thursday. Police were called to the club to investigate the break and enter on Friday morning.
Entry to the club was gained through a glass window in the female toilets.
The door to the fridge was prised open and a quantity of alcohol was stolen.
A 17-year-old driver was unhurt after his car rolled over on Shute Harbour Road at Mt Marlo on Monday afternoon about 4.55pm.
Police said the teenage driver was travelling along Shute HarbourRoad toward Proserpine when the back of the vehicle slid out causing itto rollover.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
