Irish murderer sentenced to life in jail
AN IRISHMAN who murdered a fellow national in Perth has been sentenced to life in jail with a 17-year minimum term.
Vincent Martin Crowe, 35, was high on drugs when he killed Kenyon Meyler, 21, on February 10, 2013.
Crowe, who stabbed Meyler in the neck at a party in Scarborough, later claimed he could not remember anything of the attack.
He pleaded guilty to manslaughter but was found guilty of murder following a retrial in the WA Supreme Court.
