Audi hosts launch of upcoming book by Hayden Cox

Last night, Audi presented an intimate dinner at qualia's Long Pavilion with Hayden Cox, founder and director of global bestselling surfboard brand Haydenshapes.

The exclusive event as part of Audi Hamilton Island Race Week, marked the launch of Hayden's upcoming book, New Wave Vision, which is centered around innovation, creation, design and business - available in stores October.

The Long Pavilion was transformed into a chic, minimalist space, inspired by the Haydenshapes aesthetic and featured a first glimpse at his newest collaboration - 'Chrome' created with noted design curator The Cool Hunter.

Audi Australia, Managing Director, Andrew Doyle, welcomed guests and Audi Ambassador, James Tobin was the MC for the evening.

Hayden Cox and Audi Board Member, Terence Bryce Johnsson took to the stage to lead an interactive discussion around innovation and design.

Guests were treated to an exclusive video by the team at Aquabumps - reminiscent of Eugene Tan's signature aerial and underwater style, documenting Hayden's innovation and design philosophy.
