Anyone living 10km downstream of Peter Faust Dam can also register for the downstream emergency notification service

Strathdickie farmer Gary Simpson said he had received more than 150mm of rain this morning.
"It has been bucketing down all morning," he said.

INITIAL: THE Bureau of Meterology issued a second and final flood warning for the Proserpine River catchment area yesterday afternoon.

Similar levels of rain were recorded at the Hamiliton Island weather station with no sign of abating.
A surface trough remains located just off the Central Queensland coast and is expected to continue producing showers and thunderstorms over the warning area today.
Rainfall totals of 130 mm were recorded in the 24 hours to 9am Thursday and the BoM is predicting isolated falls of 50-100 mm , with locally heavier falls in thunderstorms.
River level rises above the minor flood level are no longer expected, however a risk of localised flash flooding remains.
The Peter Faust Dam is at capacity and SunWater is expected to issue a statement regarding dam water management in the next hour.
