Boy taken to hospital after dog bite

A 10-year-old boy has been rushed to hospital after being bitten by a dog in Hervey Bay.
Paramedics were called to an address in Torquay about 5pm on Saturday.
He was taken to Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition.
A spokesman from the Queensland Ambulance Service said the boy was bleeding but could not confirm where he was bitten or how severe it was.
