Caltex opens after refurbishment

CALTEX Proserpine owners Ron and Noela Jamieson were excited to be re-opening the doors to the newly refurbished petrol station on Tuesday.

The doors were closed to the business for the past four months, something Mrs Jamieson said was longer than they had expected.

The petrol station is now bigger and better with new underground petrol tanks installed along with a new look shop.

The undercover petrol pumps have also been upgraded with all fuels now available at each pump including diesel.

Diesel is also available at the hi-flow diesel pumps.

Business development manager Andrew Crisp said returning customers should go in and check out the upgrade.

The petrol station has also had a technological upgrade.

"We've owned the business for the past nine years and are now looking forward to many more," she said.

Mr Jamieson thanked the Caltex staff and construction crew for their hard work in the refurbishment.
