Car rolls after driver swerves to avoid animal

A WOMAN in her mid-20s was flown to Bundaberg Hospital for precautionary scans after a single car roll-over on the Burnett Hwy.

A Monto police spokesman said emergency services attended the crash, between Monto and Eidsvold, on Wednesday at about 4.45pm.

He said the car rolled after the woman swerved to avoid an animal on the road.

The Hervey Bay woman received minor injuries.
