CCTV images show final movements of woman burnt to death
CCTV IMAGES of Sabrina Bremer, the woman whose body was found on Pollards Road, Dulguigan last week, have been released.
Investigations into her death are continuing as the images show Ms Bremer in the Logan area last Monday afternoon, the last time she was seen.
She is seen wearing a black jumper with a red t-shirt underneath, black tracksuit pants with white stripes down the side, and bright pink sneakers.
What we know
Just before 7.30am last Thursday emergency services were called to Pollards Road, Dulguigan, following reports of a fire.
Police from Tweed/Byron Local Area Command attended and located a burnt body.
The body was formally identified as Ms Bremer, a 34-year-old woman from the Logan area in South East Queensland, shortly afterwards.
Ms Bremer was reported missing to Logan Police last Wednesday after last speaking with a family member the day before.
She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170cm tall, with a medium build, dark brown hair with red highlights, and a stud-piercing below her lower-right lip.
Strike force established
Strike Force Faringdon has been established by investigators from the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad and Tweed/Byron Local Area Command to investigate the circumstances surrounding the woman's suspected murder.
Investigators are also working closely with Homicide detectives from Queensland Police Service.
Anyone with information that may assist investigators, particularly anyone who may have been in the area at the time, is urged to come forward.
