Celebrate conservation
NATURE Celebration Whitsundays, hosted by the Whitsundays Local Marine Advisory Committee, will involve environmental groups joining together to recognise local conservation work on Tuesday night.
A great opportunity to get a better understanding of our environmental issues and how you can help, the event is open to anyone with an interest in conservation.
Each group will have an information display set up.
The free event will be held at the Whitsunday PCYC on Tuesday, August 16, from 6.30pm-8.30pm.
