Crossley consultant wins 5th award

CROSSLEY Holden sales consultant Ben Hancock has done it again.

Mr Hancock won his fifth sales award in five years when he took out the award for 2010 New Vehicle Leader Status.

He was presented with the award in Brisbane on Saturday.

Having taken out the award for the fifth consecutive time, Mr Hancock said his main aim was to sell cars that suited people's needs and fulfilled their expectation.

He said recognition such as this was a bonus.

“I don't go out to win awards,” he said.

“I go to sell cars and make people happy.”

Being the only sales consultant at Crossley Holden, Mr Hancock said he always strived to do his best and meet his annual targets, resulting in his recent achievement.

“It's all about qualifying for a few criteria, like customer satisfaction had to be at 95 per cent or higher,” he said.

“We send out surveys after we've sold a new car.”

He said Crossley Holden finished with 100 per cent customer satisfaction at the end of 2010 with the award signifying this.
