Easter hat parade at Cannonvale State School

IT WAS a sea of colour at this morning's special assembly at Cannonvale State School, as students donned their hand-crafted Easter Bonnets and showed them off to their peers and parents.

Bunny ears, carrots and Easter eggs were popular motifs for the students and staff, all vying to win a special prize for the best Easter bonnet in each year.

Students from each year took turns strutting their stuff through the assembly hall, allowing fellow students and parents to admire their colourful creations. Have a look through our gallery and pick your favourites.
