IT'S been a whirlwind few months for 16-year-old model Ella Grace Bond.

The teenager, who spends a substantial amount of time between Rainbow Beach, Sydney and Melbourne, has achieved a phenomenal amount of success in an industry often stereotyped as cut-throat and unforgiving.

After being discovered in 2015, Ms Bond has accrued both domestic and international modelling contracts - both a rare achievement and a clear sign of the confidence her management team holds for her career.

"I feel incredibly blessed," she said, "I'm grateful for this opportunity and excited to travel and pursue my dreams and aspirations."

Well aware of how quick her ascension in the industry has been, Ms Bond also singled out her team for helping her navigate what can be a daunting world for someone so young.

"My family, school and peer group have been extremely supportive and so has the wider community," she said.

"I would not be achieving what I am today without them."

Her domestic management team at Vivien's Models has high hopes for Ella's career, believing she could one day reach the very top of her industry.

"Not only does she have the height, physique, skin tone and other physical qualities needed to be a top model," said Vivien's Maxi Vauzelle, "she has an elusive X-factor that can be very difficult to find."

As for the prospect of bringing a teenager into the highest echelon of modelling?

"We strive to protect our models, especially talent as young as Ella," Ms Vauzelle said.

"Out job as management is to alleviate any of the pressures and ensure she's ready and supported in every way possible."

With her contract soon taking her to Milan, London and Paris, does Ella still hold an affinity for the beach-side community she grew up in?

"If you haven't been to Rainbow Beach, book your flights now," she said.

"Rainbow provides a tranquility and a sense of relaxation that I haven't found in any other location."

After living there for four years, the young model said she definitely had a yearning for the calm atmosphere Rainbow is known for.

"Now that I no longer live there, I've really begun to appreciate all it offers every time I come back," she said.
