First award to go to QLD dealership

WHEN you walk into Crossley Holden Whitsunday you can rest easy knowing the customer service you receive is the best in the business - especially now the local car dealership has won a national award.

But the ever-humble 16 staff members at Crossley's will tell you it's as much to do with the community as it is with the service.

Senior sales manager Troy Jackson has only worked at Crossley Holden for 12 months but has 15 years in the business under his belt and said in all his years of experience he has never won an award quite like this.

"We have won the quarterly champion award for customer service in all of Australia for this quarter,” he said.

"They only give out four of these a year and it is the first time a dealership in Queensland has won it.

"To get this award, our customers have to go the extra mile to ring or write to Holden to say good things about us - and that's where we were most touched.

"It's a really big deal that the local people have been that considerate and that supportive of us.

"We have a great boss in Ben Hancock who really wants to create something special here to make sure everyone gets the best service possible.
