Fish D’Vine moves to new premises

BASED on the atmosphere at the opening on Sunday night, people of the Whitsundays are going to enjoy the new Fish D’Vine venue at the corner of Shute Harbour Road and Coconut Grove.

The fish shop and rum bar officially completed its move to new premises with an opening party on Sunday night.

Almost 250 people attended the event which co-owner Kevin Collins described as a “roaring success.”

Fish D’Vine officially opened for business on Monday.

Mr Collins said he was now hoping that the locals who had supported the business over the years enjoyed the new venue.

“It is always a risk leaving an established location but the new venue is absolutely spectacular,” he said.

“It is the same old Fish D’Vine, same great food and same attitude; it is really only the location that has changed.”

In addition to moving to a new venue in Airlie Beach, Fish D’Vine is currently working on expanding further with a new store to open in Cairns in April.
