SPARKS have been flying since the bachelors and bachelorettes revealed they were single and ready to mingle yesterday, with the bachelors receiving raunchy pictures, plenty of friend requests, and even a plan for a date.

As one of the "five hot Gladstone bachelors looking for love" Sean Evans cleaned up with about 50 friend requests and six messages from interested young women.

But as for success, he said "so far it's early stages".

Jamie Quinn managed to get "ten raunchy pics" sent his way.

"All ten out of tens," he said.

But as mates the boys aren't ready to settle down just yet and plan to take all three bachelorettes out for a date.

"Sean and I are going to try and line up with the three bachelorettes from the articles, go out for a date, have a few drinks and hopefully we all head back to club Evans for a fun filled night," Mr Quinn said.

Club Evans is Mr Evan's house.

Not wishing to spoil any potential relationships but The Observer can confirm that one of the bachelorettes is "interested" in meeting up and heading out on a date night.

Though, the boys would have to message her first.

Surprisingly some of the bachelorettes didn't do as well as their male counterparts.

Demi Mearns received 15 friend requests and said there were maybe one or two that she would be interested in.

"It was fun and a good experience but I didn't like the negative feedback," Ms Mearns said.
