Gogglebox star's savage reaction to Angie

Gogglebox fans have blasted one of the stars of the show after her seemingly harsh criticism of former castmate turned Bachelorette, Angie Kent.

Angie starred on the Foxtel show for eight seasons with her best friend Yvie Jones before quitting last year, then going on to compete in I'm A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here!.

Now she's the central star of Channel 10's hit dating show The Bachelorette, where she has become the subject of her ex-castmate's wrath.

While most of the Goggleboxers found humour watching Angie meet her suitors for the first time, Di, who shares the couch with her husband Mick, was called out on social media for being "crabby" and "throwing shade" at the bubbly blonde.

In the first episode, Angie described herself as a "bachelorette up the top, bogan down the bottom" in reference to her stylish top and tracksuit pants.

Watching with an annoyed face, Di said: "Darling, you're bo …" before stopping and saying: "I won't comment on that."

As Angie spoke to host Osher Gunsberg about her roles being reversed, Di rolled her eyes and said: "Oh my god, can we get on with it."

Di was savage.

The former model, who has been married to her husband for more than 50 years, was making horrified faces throughout the episode, crying "oh my god" and "oh no" as suitors introduced themselves.

Users on social media were quick to call out Di for her comments, pointing out she behaved the same way when Angie appeared on I'm A Celeb!.

Meanwhile, fellow cast members found humour in Angie appearing on the show, with Anastasia screaming: "Now we're gonna sh*t can you".

Resident funny man Adam was relieved with her reality show of choice. "I'm glad she's on this and not Married At First Sight," he said.
