Adam Goodes wants a third premiership

DUAL Brownlow medallist Adam Goodes has not ruled out playing on in 2016 if the Swans don't win the premiership this season.

The 35-year-old would become the club's first triple premiership player if the side could go one better than last year and take out the flag in 2015.

And Goodes hinted that could provide a fairytale ending to his career.

"There's not too many fairytales in football - (Swans ruckman) Jason Ball had one in the '05 grand final - and whether it's my last year or not my goal is simple this year, and that's to win another premiership," he said.
