Life coach coming to Airlie Beach

LIFE coach Tanya Stewart will be hosting a breakfast session at The Coffee Club at the Port of Airlie next Tuesday morning as part of the Zonta International initiative.

Tanya Stewart is the founder of Life in Focus, a successful coaching program, and is passionate about business and leadership.

After a successful career in hospitality management focusing largely on performance management, training and mentoring, Ms Stewart had taken extensive studies in both coaching and nutritional medicine.

An unusual combination one may assume but Ms Stewart firmly believes that sacrificing your health and well being to get ahead in business is building your business on shaky foundations.

The subject of the morning will be 'The Happiness Puzzle' which is made up of three components your body, mind and soul.

The Happiness Puzzle takes a look at how an individual can nourish each of these elements so they can support encourage and rejuvenate each other.

Tuesday's session will look at how the imbalance of just one of the pieces can affect your whole being.

Zonta International is a global organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy.

The Zonta Club of the Whitsundays often bring guest speakers to the region.

Zonta member Cath Fernbach encourages everyone to attend Tuesday's information session and promises the morning will lead to a lively discussion afterwards.

"Tanya is a vibrant and lively person, a great speaker so the morning should be entertaining, informational and fun," she said.
