Little Red features a revamp
A QUIRKY twist on a classic children's fairy tale, Little Red in the Hood is certain to see more than a few laughs at the Proserpine Entertainment Centre next week.
While all would remember the original tale of the iconic character and her run in with the big bad wolf, this Little Red is decidedly more gritty.
Once upon a time in a tiny neighbourhood not so far away lived a very clever girl who always kept an eye on her neighbours and reported anything suspicious to the police.
Earning the nickname Little Red for her bright red cape, the little girl spends every Sunday at her grandma's house eating sponge cake.
But all this comes unstuck when Walter the big, bad wolf makes it there first.
A known trouble maker who is always throwing his rubbish on the ground, Walter and Little Red are far from friends.
Having been after grandma's cake for ages, the wily wolf has found out she keeps a huge pile of bling hidden in her house.
What is set to follow can only be trouble.
