LNP fails in bid to have "misleading" Labor signs binned
UPDATE: The ABC reports that the bid for an injunction against the signs by the LNP has failed.
The LNP has also failed in a similar attempt for an injunction against posters by the GetUp lobby group.
EARLIER: The LNP is seeking a court injunction to prevent Labor's use of posters at polling booths advising voters to "number every square".
Reportedly, the LNP is seeking the court injunction on the grounds that it is "misleading electors in relation to the way of voting at the election."
