Model gets accepted onto a reality TV show in Mexico
A LISMORE teenager has been selected to take part in a reality TV show being filmed in Mexico in May and is now fundraising to pay her airfare to get to the show.
Tahlia Webster, 18, has been modelling about seven months and has already made the finals of Maxim Australian Swimwear Model of the Year.
Her latest opportunity is to appear in the Miss Swimsuit Centrefold reality show in Cancun, Mexico, where she will appear as one of 50 models in a swimsuit pageant competing for the title of Miss Swimsuit Centrefold.
The program follows contestants through all of the adventures, thrills, and drama of a high-stakes beauty competition.
Tahlia, who is registered with Aurora Model Management in Brisbane, last night launched a crowdfunding campaign with gofundme to raise funds to help pay her airfare to Mexico.
"I am over the moon, but for this to become reality for me I need help from everyone to fundraise for my flights to Mexico," Tahlia posted on her Facebook page.
"Any small or large donations would be very much appreciated. Help my dream become a reality!"
