Alleged bikie accused of stealing Bleijie's election signs

A FORTY-seven-year-old man with alleged bikie links has been charged after being accused of wreaking havoc with election signs.

The man was charged with stealing and wilful damage.

The signs of Member for Kawana Jarrod Bleijie, the Attorney-General, were allegedly stolen and defaced.

Police will allege the man took five of Mr Bleijie's campaign signs and damaged them, using paint on some of them.

The man will appear in court next month, the Seven Network reported last night.
