Man airlifted with severe burns after gas cylinder explosion
A 41-year-old man has been airlifted to hospital with burns to his face after a barbeque gas cylinder exploded.
The Pittsworth resident was taken to Toowoomba Hospital for treatment before the The Brisbane-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was called.
He was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter also airlifted a 21-year-old man after his motorcycle hit a car.
He was airlifted from Toowoomba Base Hospital to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious multi-trauma injuries.
He travelled in a critical condition.
