Man charged with making hoax calls to triple 000

A BUNDAMBA man has fronted court after being charged with making numerous hoax calls to emergency services.
David Lee Edmundson, 31, was arrested and charged on March 25, 2016 with six counts of improper use of emergency call service.
Police will allege Mr Edmundson called triple 000 on the same day and made six vexatious calls.
It is unknown at this stage what emergency service was involved or what was said during the telephone calls.
His legal representative sought an adjournment on Thursday in Ipswich Magistrates Court to go over the case with his client.
Magistrate Virginia Sturgess adjourned the matter until May 4.
