A man has died on the Gold Coast Highway after hitting tree

A MAN has died after he lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree in the southbound lanes of the Gold Coast Highway at Bilinga around 7.20am this morning

Officers from the Gold Coast Forensic Crash Unit will conduct investigations at the scene.

Traffic will be diverted from the Gold Coast Highway southbound lanes on to Golden Four Drive around the crash site.
