FRESH from trumpeting the gains made during the first 100 days of government, Premier Campbell Newman released his six-month action plan on Friday.

At the LNP state conference in Brisbane, Mr Newman spoke about the plan which will include 149 "actions".

It included a 30-year plan for agriculture, construction to begin on the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and to begin statutory planning for the Darling Downs and Golden Triangle regions.

Also on the to-do list was the first draft of a10-year plan for the Bruce Highway and the designs for the Toowoomba CBD ring road.
