MIRANDA Kerr is dating Snapchat billionaire Evan Spiegel.

The 32-year-old model was spotted kissing the tech giant, 25, at a restaurant in Venice, California on Saturday, fuelling speculation they are a couple.

An onlooker told US Weekly magazine: "They sat at the bar and were making out. They were really into each other."

The entrepreneur has just been named the world's youngest billionaire by Forbes - thanks to the success of his mobile app that allows users to send messages and videos that are instantly deleted after viewing.
