Man killed in Redbank accident

A MAN was killed in a sickening collision between a bus and two trucks at Brisbane Terrace, Redbank on Thursday morning.

The collision occurred about 9.45am.

A 61-year-old man driving a gravel truck died at the scene.

The bus driver and his two passengers escaped without injury, as did the driver of a second gravel truck.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the accident.

Traffic diversions around the scene are expected to remain in place until this evening.
