EMERGENCY services crews rushed to Caboolture Airfield on Tuesday afternoon amidst reports a pilot was readying to crash land his plane.
However, it is understood the alert was merely a faulty indicator and the plane landed, with the pilot safe and well.
Four fire trucks as well as an ambulance were initially dispatched to the scene after the call came in about 2.15pm.
