THE Reef City Rod and Custom Club had a different type of run on Saturday with a drag down Benaraby Raceway.

Instead of cruising around the region, those who were willing raced against themselves and the clock.

The fun family day continued with the annual Run in the Sun.

More than 100 people turned out for the event, which saw a wide variety of hot rods, customs, American muscle and classic cars on display at the Calliope River Historical Village.
