Prossie body takes Ultra Figure at API

THE Whitsunday bodybuilding and fitness team returned to Airlie Beach after dominating the Asia Pacific International Show in Brisbane.

Xtreme Body WorX coach Helen Longmuir, from Proserpine, said she was very proud of her team with all athletes placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd in all divisions.

Ms Longmuir received great feedback from show promoters who said she had raised the standard of competition.

The Asia Pacific International Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness show is open to competitors from the Asia Pacific including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the Solomon Islands, Malaysia and the Philippines.

The team will compete in Season B competitions including Musclemania at the Gold Coast, Mackay, Townsville, Brisbane and Sydney, starting in August.

Ms Longmuir won her Ultra Figure division and took out the Asia Pacific Title for the 4th time.
