Public forum to prevent suicide

ROTARY Airlie Beach has invited the community to attend a World Suicide Prevention Day public forum in September.

Guest speakers Ron Petterson and Paul Burke will be representing the Whitsunday Suicide Prevention Network to discuss a range of topics including 'the journey so far”, "plans for the future” and "how the community can be involved”.

The event aims to discuss how the community is dealing with suicide prevention and how to assist.
