18-year-old woman taken to hospital after car lands on roof

10.30am: AN 18-YEAR-OLD woman has been transported to Rockhampton Hospital with minor injuries after her car rolled on Elphinstone St.

The accident happened at about 9.15am and police, ambulance and fire crews attended.

The driver was the only person in the vehicle and didn't suffer major injuries.

9.30am: EMERGENCY services are at the scene of an accident where a car has landed on its roof.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman confirmed the accident occurred on Elphinstone Street and it was a two-vehicle crash.

The spokeswoman said all occupants were out of the vehicles.

One lane is closed to traffic.

9.20am: EMERGENCY services are responding to reports of a car on its roof on the corner of Musgrave and Elphinstone streets.
