School community rallies around Jayde's classmates
AN EMAIL circulated to Lockyer District High School students is urging them to remain positive their classmate Jayde Kendall will be found safe and well.
The Year 11 student has not been seen since Friday afternoon, with police growing increasingly concerned about her welfare.
"As you may be aware, one of your Year 11 students, Jayde Kendall, is missing," the email from the school principal said.
"This is very worrying for her family and for our community.
"As I said to the Year 11 parade yesterday, our job is to remain positive in the hope that she will be found healthy and happy very soon.
"As we tweeted and posted on Facebook on Monday, if you have any information, contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Police Link on 131 444."
The email was signed by LDHS principal Darren Cook.
