Pallion Point was founded by travel guru and Sailing Yogi Ashleigh Clarke and gets its name from the northernmost point of Haslewood Island, an area renowned for reef fish.

The Whitsunday summer has people turning to a cooler beverage in a bid to beat the heat, and an extra energy caffeine kick won’t go astray.

Polly Muller launched Mr Bean about five years ago in a bid to bring a cool caffeine fix to the tropics.

The beans are freshly roasted in Melbourne before being shipped up north where Ms Muller grinds and brews them.

The perfect Christmas gift is also on offer in the form of espresso martini kits that include a bottle of cold brew, two glasses, a shaker and a strainer.
