Star Wars Day celebrated at school
YOUR STORY: "May the 4th Be With You" is the day when people come together to celebrate all things Star Wars.
This week at St Catherine's Catholic College - Manresa Campus, the Resource Centre could be mistaken for the Jedi Archives within the Great Library.
Mrs Faletti (aka Jocasta Nu, Star Wars Chief Archivist) said: "It is important to engage students with popular culture."
"While Star Wars is not often thought of in a literary sense, George Lucas has used common literary elements such as heroes, villains, good versus evil, protagonists, and antagonists," she said.
Mrs Faletti has decorated the library with the help of teacher aides Chantal and Jodie.
The Resource Centre will be open to students and staff during each lunch break this week.
Star Wars Episode IV - A New Hope will be showing and there will be games and activities such as Pin the lightsaber on Yoda, Count Soduku, and a trivia quiz.
