Warm and sunny conditions expected this weekend
ALREADY the weekend is shaping up to be another cracker.
After a few solid weeks of wet weather last week's sunny weekend was a welcome relief and more of the same is predicted for this weekend.
The Bureau of Meteorology is predicting a slight chance of rain on Saturday with sunny conditions likely.
Winds will be light from the southeast at 8 to 11 knots which will lighten during the afternoon.
The seas are expected to reach 1 to 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres offshore.
Overnight temperatures will fall to between 10 and 15 with daytime temperatures reaching 22 to 27.
Similar maximum temperatures are expected today before they will drop to the low to mid 20s before warming up again on Saturday.
The fire danger will be low to moderate but the UV index is predicted to reach 7.
