Witnesses wanted to fatal crash at Forest Hill

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a fatal crash that occurred in Forest Hill on Wednesday afternoon.

Around 12.15pm a car travelling east along Old Laidley Forest Hill Road collided with another car travelling in the opposite direction.

A female passenger of the car, a 25 year old Laidley woman, died at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to Ipswich Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver and three passengers from the westbound vehicle were all airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
