Woman charged with arson over Veradilla fire

A WOMAN has been charged after a house was destroyed in Veradilla.

Police and emergency services were called the to the Grantham Scrub Road home at around midnight on Friday to find the house fully engulfed in flames.

The fire was extinguished a short time later.

A 42-year-old woman was located at the scene and charged with one count of Arson. She is due to appear in the Gatton Magistrates Court on July 17.
